Run the nested blocks on a server. The request is directed to the site and server hosting the page.

GET will forward named state elements as parameters to the server to be used as state by the indented blocks.
GET UPTIME
GET will only run blocks already known to the page's server so it can't run from a ghost or local storage page. State is passed as url parameters in base-64 encoded JSON strings.
